You will walk away from this service knowing more about how your child’s typical age range behaviors, their personal characteristics, the why of certain behaviors, different parenting strategies and options for supporting them as they grow. It’s hard to do something when you don’t know what you’re doing. When we know how the different parts of ourselves work we can then work in a more confident way. I’ve got things to teach you that will help you with that!
Mindfulness
You will walk away from this service being more aware of what serves to help you calm or create your personal chaos. There are persons, places and things that pull at us in a draining kind of way. Learning how determine that and how you want to act, interact or react is the main focus in our time together.
A Plan
You will walk away from this service having an understanding of how to determine a goal and how to take action on realizing those goals. You tell me what is hard for you to do, what you struggle with and what you’d like to be better at. From there we make a plan on how to conquer that.
Supports, Resources and Tools
You will walk away from this service having a better understanding of who and what will best serve you in your journey to finding out who you are. When we find our people, places, skills, gadgets and tools that help us through our world opens up and everything becomes possible!
