How to Schedule, Reschedule, Cancel & Stop Services
SCHEDULE AND SCHEDULING CHANGES
- You pick our first date to meet in a consultation by going to my Book a consult page. Pick a date and choose from the times offered in my availability.
- Once you choose a coaching package, Julie will follow up with booking your appointment times with you after discussing your availability.
- Please give our session high priority and arrange your schedule to honor our agreed upon time. Sticking to a time and day on a weekly basis, for example, will help you remember your appointment!
- If you must reschedule, I ask you to give me 24 hours notice or as soon as you are able. I promise to do the same on my end.
- I will not reschedule no-shows.

DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES:
- Sometimes we find ourselves unable to continue. That’s okay. My priority is to make sure you are being heard so I will work with you, if possible. If life is too busy stopping services is always an option. Talk to me about what you are dealing with and I will do my best to work with you.
- If the client stops coaching services for any reason, retail fees will be calculated on a per visit basis. Refunds or charges will apply.
